Where can I place my tiny homes on wheels?
If the city or county allow you to store an RV on your property, then you are ok to park a tiny home on wheels there. These units can be used as an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on properties in many cities/counties across the USA, as well as at RV parks and tiny home communities.
What if a tiny home on wheels will not fit through my driveway?
A third-party crane service is the preferred method of placement for those hard to access sites. If a fence can be taken down, it will be easier.
How do I get water/sewage/power to site? What type of connections?
Site preparation is very similar to adding a spa to your property. You will need water, sewer/drain connections, and power: Contact a local contractor of your choosing, and we can provide them with the info they need.
How are your homes insulated, and what type of insulation do you use?
Fiberglass. The floor and walls have a R-19 rating, and the ceiling is R-30.
Can I use my own design, or another design I have seen?
Yes. Please provide drawings/photographs.
How long do tiny homes on wheels take to build?
Custom projects can range from 10-14 weeks to complete.
Do you provide off-grid options?
Yes. We can provide solar and off-grid connections.
Do you have a warranty?
All our homes, both custom or standard, come with a limited 1-year warranty on all construction and a 10-year structural can be added.
How can I finance my tiny house?
We offer Tiny Home financing through our partner lender. Term loans up to 25 years and as low as 10% down on approved credit. You can apply for an RV or home-improvement loan, etc.
How do I move my tiny home on wheels? Do you deliver?
We have third-party delivery services that are fully bonded and insured to haul your new home to its location safely. Delivery prices will vary, but we can get you an estimate close to the time of the order.
Do you have a wider model?
Yes, we can offer a 10’ wide option for an additional charge which can be discussed at the time of the proposal.
