Vicente & Claudia are a married couple that have been together for over 25 years. Originally from Colombia, they have been living in the United States with their 3 children for over 20 years.

Vicente is an industrial engineer with a long career working in the technology field. He is a senior sales VP at an Irish company headquartered in Reston, Virginia. Claudia holds a degree in International Relations and has worked in the Real Estate business in the US. Together they discovered the love for the Colombian Paso Fino horse and what started with one mare, has grown to 8 horses, 10 chickens, 4 dogs and they’re actively looking for barn cats.

Vicente’s passion is to compete as an Amateur in the Paso Fino modality at different shows all over the US. They are active members of local and national horse associations. Back in Texas, where they lived for 17 years, they purchased an MD Barnmaster barn and absolutely loved it. Their was just no competition to the versatility of MD Barnmaster’s pre-engineered, modular barn building technology. The Pava’s also built a strong relationship with the local MD Barnmaster dealer and with the company overall. The service they provided was outstanding.

Today the Pava’s are living in Leesburg, Virgina, where they decided to embark on starting their own barn dealership with the products that they have personal experience and believe in. Custom 110′ x 53′ Raised Center Isle Barn in Fargo, ND

MD Barnmaster designed and built this custom 110′ Fargo North Dakota barn builder project. This barn was sold to the client by JD Machado, MD Barnmaster Inside Corporate Sales, North Dakota MD Barnmaster Dealer, and built by the MD Barnmaster corporate install team, and North Carolina MD Barnmaster dealer, KB Contractors.

Because of MD Barnmasters state-of-the-art modular barn building technology, they were able to assist the client in designing a unique floor plan (see attached) that includes large loft, lounge area, tack and storage rooms, wash and groom bays, large cross breezeway and front porch. Additional consideration was taken to deal with harsh North Dakota weather conditions. The Fargo North Dakota barn builder project structural engineering meets 35 lb snow load 130 mph wind load and 2” exterior walls for added additional R value. Additional features the client added (Local contractors) include spray-in insulation for the cold weather and heating elements through the concrete for heating.

DAVID KIBLINGER
David attended Michigan State University as a Pre-Vet major. He studied Dressage under Chuck Grant, an icon in the Dressage community. David interrupted school for a period with the Marine Corps. While stationed in San Diego, he had the opportunity to ride and train horses in Mission Valley. Upon his Honorable Discharge, David attended Greer Technical Institute in Michigan before returning back to San Diego, CA where David attended San Diego State. David continued to ride and train horses in San Diego and he eventually purchased land where he developed a training facility. Because he had always been interested in home building, David sold his horse facility and started a residential construction business. David has been a builder of fine homes for over thirty years and when he decided to combine his two loves; horses and building.

ANNE KIBLINGER
From the time she was four years old, Anne had always wanted a horse. When she was able to earn money to pay for riding lessons, she learned to ride from a local trainer, David Kiblinger where she ended up marring him a few years later. She found that jumping horses was one of the best things in life! Anne studied residential drafting and design and opened her own design studio in San Diego, “The Designworks”. Working in partnership with David, they completed many residential projects together. Anne continued to own, love and ride horses. She owned an exquisite Portuguese Lusitano mare (trained by the legendary Glen Randall). Together, Anne and “Flamenca” preformed in exhibitions which show-cased the mare’s high school movements. Then, Anne started galloping race horses at a local thoroughbred training facility. She soon acquired her license as an Exercise Rider at the race track. Eventually, Anne and David focused almost exclusively on their construction business. Anne obtained her Real Estate license in California and Oregon.

The combination of David’s equestrian knowledge and his construction experience with Anne’s knowledge of horses and construction design, give their customers a unique advantage to the very best there is to offer in Equine housing construction.
